Your Event, Your Way:

With a maximum capacity of 210 people, our versatile space can be tailored to fit your vision. We provide 13 tables and 50 chairs for your use, and for larger special events, additional tables and chairs are available.

Simple Booking & Clear Policies:

Reserving your date is easy! Your rental fee and a $250 damage deposit are due upon reservation. We highly recommend using ACH payments to keep processing fees to a minimum.

Fees:

Public / Special Event i.e. Weddings, Graduation parties, vendor fairs, etc. (any event with more than 50 people)

• Full Day - $375.00 plus tax**
• Includes use of the kitchen. Dishes and utensils are not provided.

Private / For-Profit Organizations (less than 50 individuals)

• Full Day - $170.00 plus tax**
• 4 hrs or less - $85.00 plus tax**

Non-Profit Organizations (less than 50 individuals, must provide proof of non-profit status)

• Full Day - $75.00
• 4 hrs or less - $35.00

Location:

The Community Center is located at 208.5 1st Avenue NW, Isanti, MN 55040 (Next to City Hall).

Directions From intersection of Isanti County Road 5 and Hwy 65:

Travel West on County Road 5 for approximately 1/2 mile until you reach 1st Avenue NW (Isanti Police Station and Historic Downtown Sign on the Northwest corner).

Turn left (South) and look for Community Center sign on your left (about 500 feet) and turn left just after the Community Center sign.

Need to cancel?

• Cancel 14 days or more before your event for a full refund (minus processing fees).
• Cancel within 14 days and your rental fee is non-refundable, but your security deposit will be returned (minus processing fees).

Your damage deposit is refunded (less processing fees) after your event, once the key is returned, the ICC Clean-Up Form is submitted, and our team completes a final inspection.

Important Details to Note:

• Alcohol: If you plan to serve alcohol, it requires prior approval from our Parks and Recreation Coordinator. Sales must be handled by a licensed caterer with a valid liquor license and proof of insurance. All beverages must be in non-glass containers. Security is required for events with alcohol and is your responsibility to arrange and pay for at least 30 days prior. Alcohol service must end one hour before your event concludes.
• Liability Insurance: For all Special Event Rentals, and potentially Full Day Rentals, a Certificate of Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 coverage is required. The City of Isanti must be named as an additional insured, and proof must be submitted 30 days before your event.
• Cleaning: You can choose to clean the facility yourself or arrange for cleaning services with us 30 days prior for a fee of $250.00 (covers 2 hours; additional hours billed at $55/hr). You're still responsible for removing all personal belongings, decorations, and trash. Prohibited items include confetti, paper shredding/fog/bubble machines, and rice – using them will result in additional cleaning charges.
• Key Pick-up & Return: Pick up your key at City Hall during business hours (M-F, 8 AM - 4:30 PM) the week of your event. Return it to City Hall's Utility Payment box within 48 hours of your rental, along with your completed ICC Clean-Up Form. Un-returned keys incur a $250 charge.
• Smoking: No smoking inside the Community Center. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
• Parking: Ample public parking is available at City Hall. Please avoid parking in front of residential homes.
• Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available for renters and their guests. We ask that you use it responsibly and refrain from inappropriate use.
