Sales & Solicitation Licensing – Isanti

Anyone selling goods or services for profit in Isanti must be licensed. This includes:

  • Peddlers – Immediate sales door-to-door or place-to-place

  • Solicitors – Door-to-door requests for future orders or services

  • Transient Merchants – Temporary sales setups (e.g., tents, trailers, vacant storefronts)

  • Mobile Food Units – Food sales from vehicles or stands

  • Ice Cream Trucks – Ice cream or frozen treat sales from mobile units

Licensed vendors receive a City-issued photo ID or certificate, which must be shown upon request. Licensing does not imply City endorsement.
