There is one seat vacant on the Planning Commission; said term is for a period of three years (from January 2017 to December 2019). The Planning Commission meets the third Tuesday of each month following the 7:00pm City Council Meeting.
There are two seats opening on the Park, Recreation and Culture Board; said terms are for a period of two years (January 2017 to December 2018) and three years (from January 2017 to December 2019). The Park, Recreation & Culture Board meets the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:00pm.

There is one vacant seat open on the Economic Development Authority Board; said term is for the remainder of a six year term which would begin January 2017 through December 2020. The Economic Development Authority meets the first Tuesday each month at 7:30pm or immediately following the City Council Meeting.

*The oldest recorded bald eagle was 38 years old!
*Eagle nests are BIG. One nest in Ohio weighed almost 4,400 pounds - that's more than an average sized car!
*A bald eagle's wing span can reach up to 6.5 feet across!

During the week of June 19, 2017, National Wash Authority, LLC will be commencing
cleaning services on the exterior of the water tower surface. There will be an
abundance of water mist in the air that will not cause any harm.
